• Photos of the pool or structure from several sides, and of the route from the street or gate to it.
• Municipality and area – the town and urbanización is enough at this stage.
• Approximate dimensions – the pool's length, width and depth, or the m² of terrace, length of wall, size of the shed.
• Access – gate width, steps, slopes, whether a small machine could reach the work and where a lorry could stand.
• What the space will become – lawn, planting, paving, a future extension – so we can propose infill or full removal.
• Community and paperwork – whether there is a community of owners, and whether a técnico is already involved.
• Timing – when you would like the work done and whether you will be in Spain.
