Areas we cover for pool removal and garden demolition
We work throughout the provincia de Málaga – from the villas of the Costa del Sol to the cortijos of the Guadalhorce valley, the Axarquía and the Serranía de Ronda.
Where we work
Each municipality page explains what is typical there: the kind of pools and gardens we tend to find, how access usually works on the local streets and estates, and where you should check procedures with the town hall. Coastal towns such as Marbella, Estepona, Benalmádena or Fuengirola are dominated by villas and urbanizaciones with communities of owners; inland municipalities such as Coín, Cártama or Alhaurín el Grande have larger plots, rural access tracks and more outbuildings to clear.
Towns without their own page are covered too. Pool removal in Ronda, Álora, Gaucín, Cómpeta, Algarrobo or Antequera follows the same method; what changes is the distance, the access and, in historic centres, the rules. In a protected historic centre such as Ronda or Antequera, a demolition needs a licence and, where applicable, authorisation from the heritage authority – confirm it with the ayuntamiento before planning dates. Outside those centres, demolition in Andalusia is generally processed by declaración responsable.
Plot clearance in rural areas often overlaps with fire-prevention duties near forest land. We clear what a demolition leaves behind; for pure scrub clearing, ask us first.
